Transcription: Move the arms slowly toward the front center of the body, closing the space up between them. When the pads touch, slowly release the arms back to their starting position. Stop before the weights settle and repeat the movement from the beginning. Be sure to keep your back against the chair at all times, especially when the arms are approaching the center. Also, maintain a slight bend in the elbows and allow all of the movement to occur through the shoulder joint. When you're through with the exercise, release one arm at a time to protect yourself. Rotate your rotator cuffs.
